Email support@mealplannerapp.co.uk. Include the app version, device model and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, family joining codes or sensitive recipe information.
Native email accounts can use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Google accounts must use the same Google account originally connected to Meal Planner.
Confirm each adult is signed into the intended account and belongs to the same family group. Child profiles use the six-digit code generated by the family administrator and have read-only planner access.
Recipe importing works best when a public webpage includes structured recipe information. Some websites block automated reading or keep instructions in a format the app cannot reliably identify.
Use Account > Delete account in the app. If the account cannot be accessed, use the account deletion request page.
Yes. Use the recipe photo scanner from a meal idea to scan cookbook pages, meal-kit cards, screenshots and printed recipes. Results can be reviewed and edited before saving.
Yes. Family groups can share the planner and shopping list, with different permissions for parents, teenagers and children.
Family Premium is designed to cover the household and remove ads for family members using the shared family plan.
